AH Artisan Boards was founded in 2022 and has grown into a beloved staple for gatherings and celebrations throughout the Atlanta area. What began as a creative hobby for owner Ansley Hernandez—making charcuterie boards for girls’ nights—has blossomed into a thriving, up-and-coming business. We specialize in custom charcuterie for any occasion or event, from intimate get-togethers to large-scale celebrations. In 2025, we proudly joined a commercial kitchen, allowing us to expand our offerings and better serve our growing community of food lovers. At the heart of everything we do is a passion for artful presentation, quality ingredients, and bringing people together over great food!
